Andaman & Nicobar Islands

A chain of more than 500 islands in the Bay of Bengal, with coral reefs, calm bays and forest right down to the sand. Most trips start in Port Blair and continue by ferry to Havelock (Swaraj Dweep) and Neil (Shaheed Dweep).

Island hopping

Fast ferries connect Port Blair, Havelock and Neil several times a day. Book seats a few weeks ahead in peak season.

Getting there

Direct flights to Port Blair from Kolkata, Chennai and Delhi. Ships sail from Kolkata and Chennai but take three to four days.
